Weekly build sessions
Founder-led sessions turn the four verbs into shipped systems, not passive course notes. The fixed day/time below is rendered from the real Skool calendar source record.
Community
The website carries the free tutor and learner account. Skool carries the paid room: questions, wins, weekly live classes, replays, and builder accountability.
Free-to-paid path
Get oriented and start from the free learning path.
Create the free learner account that personalizes your course progress.
Take the free course — the grounded tutor lives inside every lesson. This is the core free website value.
Review the paid Skool classroom, live-session rhythm, and proof surfaces.
Upgrade only when the paid Skool community is the right next step.
What's inside
Founder-led sessions turn the four verbs into shipped systems, not passive course notes. The fixed day/time below is rendered from the real Skool calendar source record.
The path starts with orientation, then follows Calyx itself: Measure, Count, Differentiate, and Compose with evidence.
Launch categories stay scannable: announcements, wins, Q&A/support, implementation homework, resources, and networking.
Every live session is meant to return to the Classroom replay path so async members catch up without re-orienting on another platform.
Levels are framed as member progress: Action Taker, Implementer, Power Contributor, and Community Leader.
The website explains the paid room before the handoff. The free learning path starts with the on-site tutor; the paid path, cadence, and founder access details live on the Join page.
Schedule
The schedule appears only from a real Skool calendar source record, so the site never guesses a date, time, or topic.
This class is rendered from the Skool calendar source record.

Loading state: keep the same schedule card dimensions and show "Checking Skool calendar..." until the source record read finishes.
Error state: fail closed to "Next class TBA" and show that the Skool calendar could not be read, without publishing stale or guessed details.
On mobile, the schedule card and policy cards collapse to one column: TBA status first, day/time/topic/timezone next, then source, timezone policy, states, and join CTA.
Wins
Member wins will surface here only after real Skool source posts and permission exist.
This wall stays empty until a real Skool win exists, the member approves website use, and the source record is linked for audit.
Read the researchSource of truth: Skool Calyx posts in the Wins category post or weekly wins thread . The website owns the curated display, not the original claim.
On mobile, wins and policy cards collapse to one column with the empty-state badge first, then qualifying win types, consent rules, and the research fallback link.
Leaderboard
Skool owns the actual leaderboard. This site renders an aggregate preview from a manual readback/export path, so the page stays useful without embedding Skool.
The Calyx Skool group exposes the Leaderboards tab and loads its native levels and activity boards.
Open the Skool communityPublic preview uses aggregate counts from the Skool readback.
100% of visible members are currently shown at Level 1.
The live readback shows 5 points to level up from Level 1.
Names and per-member scores are not published here without consent.
The short-window leaderboard is live and empty at launch.
The monthly activity board is ready for future Skool activity.
The all-time board exists, with public details held until real activity and consent.
